Please Share with your Friends!

The purpose of this blog is to help parents become the best versions of themselves. I want to help you become the parent you’ve always wanted to be. A parent who can face daily challenges with confidence, raise great children, and create a home that helps all family members thrive.

6 things i can help you with in parenting

I know your struggle

I know that parenting doesn’t come with a manual of how to do things. Every parent and every child is unique and different in their own way.

I’ve been there. Every new parent struggles to find their way of doing things, and eventually, we find the way. But I want to help you get there fast and with no disappointment. I want to help you create the life you’ve always wanted.

I’ve always loved kids, and i’ve had a talent with dealing with kids so I thought to myself that I will be a great mother right from the start. But as my first daughter was born. I found reality to be significantly different.

It was strange because I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information I had.

When it comes to parenting, I’ve read books, watched all super nanny shows, and I listened to everyone. But still, when I held my baby, I couldn’t get her to stop crying, so I felt something is wrong with me.

But now, looking back at those times, I realized that nothing was wrong with me, just like there is nothing wrong with you or with any other parent in the universe.

The overflow of information is the problem. It overwhelms us, and it makes us think that if we are not doing it by the book, or like our sister, mother, friend is doing it, then we are not good enough.

Helping parents through struggles

Be gentle with yourself and know that the only thing you need is to believe that each mum was born with everything her unique child needs.

You have what it takes. You have to tune in to your instincts. Believe in yourself and find the connection.

Know that what works for someone else might not work for you or your child. So let me help you know yourself and know your child.

How Can I help parents?

Let me help you find the connection, harmony, and peace to raise children who can change the world.

I’m a PCI certified parent coach and a mother to 3 beautiful girls. I have coached parents worldwide, and I can help you get to where you want to be.

With this blog and my Instagram account @barefootproject.parenting, I want to answer your questions and hold your hand throughout this journey by providing you with 5 things.

1- Help Parents teach their children the skills they need

I want to help you empower your kids to learn and become real-life explorers. Every child is born with the will to learn. It’s how they know to eat when they are babies, walk and talk as toddlers, and make the right decisions when they are teenagers and adults.

Our brain is such a magnificent creation, and as parents, it’s what we thrive for. We thrive on creating the best environment for them to develop and reach their potential.

To reach their potential, our children need to learn some set of skills

  • Identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Set goals
  • Find Motivation
  • Use their resources
  • Learn to focus

When your child learns all of the above, he will not only thrive at school, but he will succeed in life.

And you will find peace knowing that they have everything they need to succeed.

2- Provide easy to follow tips to understand the phase your child is going through

Our children go through so many phases that sometimes confuses us as parents, from the stage where they feel frustrated with everything, tantrums, sibling rivalry, lack of motivation, teen tantrums, and the list goes on and on.

Each age and phase has its struggles, and each stage needs a new set of skills and a great deal of energy and understanding on our part.

Imagine if you can understand the phase you’re child is going through so well that you can provide them with the exact support to help them thrive and learn from the stage rather than fearing for their health, mental health, decisions, and even their lives.

Here on the blog, I want to help you with everything that has to do with the parent life, ages, and stages.

  • Build Self Confidence
  • Connect to your kid
  • Understand the stage
  • Empower
  • Deal with anger
  • Screen time
  • Build habits

3- Create a home environment to help your child thrive

As adults and as we start living a life away from our parents, we start realizing how we need to work on our minds, bodies, and souls.

By seeking new skills to help us become better people; We start focusing on our mind, body, and soul by learning meditation—Understanding Nutrition and exercise.

We start to focus on our spirituality because we feel that it grounds us and helps us find our purpose, and we begin to build communities to helps us thrive and find comfort in friends and family.

Your child is no different. Our children need the wholeness of focusing on their Mind, Body, and Soul.

Unfortunately, our communities set the path for us by telling us what to do at each phase. We believe that by helping them get the best grades at school, we take care of their minds. By enrolling them in sports and activities, we are taking care of their health. And by providing them with toys, we are taking care of their soul by providing them with fun things to do.

As much as all of the above is so important, our kids need a bit more. And to one’s surprise, the things they need might require less effort on your part.

I want to share with parents how they can help them in those areas.

  • Playing
  • Learning
  • Connection
  • Nutrition
  • Mental Health
  • The best products and toys for their development

4- Help Moms find their selves and their passions

When we become parents, our instinct leads us to prioritize our kids over everything. In the first days of Parenthood, We find ourselves so overwhelmed that we sometimes don’t even have the time to shower.

As the days go by, we find ourselves and our interests and needs fading into the back and the needs of our kids and family taking the lead role, but unfortunately, sometime down the road, we find ourselves overwhelmed.

We even find the best, most loving parents screaming at their kids, even hiding in the bathroom sometimes to catch a moment of quietness.

That my friend is parenting burnout. Yes, there is a thing called Parent burnout. It’s an exhaustion syndrome, and Psychologists find it to be extremely serious.

It can lead to Escape Ideation “Fantasizing about leaving parenting,” neglectful parenting, violence, aggression towards children, and depression.

I will help you through the way to find ways to fill your energy tank and feel refueled and energized to parent your kids calmly and peacefully by assisting you with the following areas of Momlife.

  • Productivity
  • Self-Care
  • Finding the right Mindset
  • Creating Habits and Routines
  • Creating love in your relationships to fill in your emotional bank account

Mothers and parents are the heroes of the world. We indeed can sacrifice everything for our children.

Still, the fantastic thing is that we don’t need to, and by prioritizing ourselves, we will teach our kids the healthy habits of looking after themselves.

5- Create the best home environment to help all family members thrive

I’ve always loved everything artistic and beautiful, and creating a lovely warm home was still a priority to me as I know it is a priority for a lot of you as well

As a kind of self-care to myself, I knew I wanted to learn more to create a better home. so I studied interior design to understand better the psychology of creating a place we can call home.

We travel a lot, and we change homes a lot, so it was crucial for me to create a functional home to support my kids’ development the best I can, even if we are only staying at that place for just a couple of months.

Going through that and being a parent coach made me realize how parents and moms thrive for that.

I would love to help you create the best environment, home, memories, and traditions for your kids.

  • How to decorate your home and create an inspiring environment
  • Ways to keep your home clean and sparkly and to involve your kids in sharing the responsibility
  • Hoe to organize and take control of your home
  • Crafts and DIYs to get your creative juices flowing
  • Recipes for healthy food and snacks that I use all the time and is great for picky eaters
  • Creating a Muslim Home
