I treat reading as part of my Self-Care routine as a mother. It is my special time and whether I’m reading novels or Self-help books. I always feel better after I listen to an Audiobook or read a book.

When you’re a stay-at-home mom, you might see your phone as a quick escape or as a connection to the outside world.

That’s why I deleted all the apps that take up my time from my phone and left only the apps that add to my day.

I no longer have youtube, Instagram, or Facebook, but I have Kindle, podcast, and audible apps.

So that every time I reach out to my phone, I either read or listen to a book.
